2021 Rates: UNTIL May 27 – $1000 per week May 28 – June 17 – $1350 per week June 18 – Aug 21 – $2050 per week Aug 22 – Sept 18 – $1350 per week, Sept 19 – Nov 15 – $1150 per week The owners require a $400 security deposit along with a signed lease agreement to reserve your dates. The deposit is refundable as long as nothing is damaged and none of the lease agreement rules are breached, however the deposit does not act as a down payment. The rental fee is due in full four weeks prior to arrival. Deposits are returned 10-14 days after departure.
